The sun sets north of Mt. Taylor’s peak (from my point of view) for about 4 ½ months each year — roughly from mid-April to late August. At this time of the year the sun appears to move north very quickly and that’s what happened last week. On Monday, it was still south of the peak and by Thursday — well, you can see for yourself where it was.
